Bobby Gene Blurton, 73, Sheldon, MO passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019 in Joplin, MO. Bobby was born July 5, 1945 in Mack’s Creek, MO to Marvin Frank and Lela Bell (Brown) Blurton.

He is survived by his children, Heather Louise Blurton, Nevada, Gari Lee Blurton, Olathe, KS, Robert Blurton, Parker, KS, Travis Blurton (Misty), Nevada, Carol Gann, Barbara Craig, Stella Sue Blurton, Steve Blurton; his companion of nine years, Tina Meisenheimer; sister Carol Dalin and her husband Earl, San Antonio, TX; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Pastor Lawrence Cripps officiating.
