Kathy Verlene Simpson, 62, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at her home in Milo, MO. Kathy was born May 17, 1957 in Stayton, OR to William and Naomi V. (Butler) Miller.

She is survived by her companion, John Micklich of the home; three daughters, Kary Russell, Dayton, OH, Kathy Russell, Salem, OR, and Teresa Russell, Morgan Hills, CA; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Gladasaye Womack, Scio, OR; a brother, Tommy Miller, Detroit, OR; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Lavon Miller, and a brother, Bill Miller.

No services are scheduled.
