Andy Whisenant

      Fred Andrew “Andy” Whisenant, age 54 of El Dorado Springs, MO, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

      Andy was born on June 22, 1970, in Kansas City, MO to Fred and Sandy (Vining) Whisenant.  He worked as a chef and on October 31, 2024, He married Carolyn Dunlap, and she survives of the home.

      In addition to his wife Carolyn, he is survived by his children Fred, Hunter, Cortney, Lauren, Kamyle, Atlantys, Eli and Wyllo Whisenant; his father Fred Whisenant; his mother Sandy Berry; a sister, Michelle Edwards; one half-brother, Richard Whisenant; one half-sister, Tammy Rowland; and three grandchildren, Calliope Pigeon, Felix and Lyra.

      There will be a private service for the family.
