Bert Wayne Jarrell, II

     Bert Wayne “Buzz” Jarrell, II, 66, Nevada, MO passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 in Nevada. Buzz was born June 19, 1957 in Newton, TX to Bert W. and Barbara Ann (Burch) Jarrell. He married Theresa Ann Watters on February 12, 1994 in Sheldon, MO and she survives of the home.

     Buzz was raised in Texas and mostly Merryville, LA. He served in the United States Army from 1976 to 1979. Following his time in the service he worked in logging for many years in Louisiana. Buzz came to Nevada in the 1990’s where he worked for Prince Equipment for several years before retiring due to a disability.

     In addition to his wife Theresa, he is survived by two sons, Robert Coble, Wausau, WI, and Russell Coble of Kansas; three granddaughters, Kelsey, Brooklyn, and Arianna; three brothers, Ben Jarrell (Wanda), Louisiana, Mike Jarrell (Charlotte), Merryville, LA, and Patrick Jarrell (Debbie), Merryville, LA; a sister, Lydia Bean, Newton, TX;  two mothers-in-law, Barbara Johnson, Sheldon, and Pat Watters, MI; stepfathers, Orval Watters, and Jim Johnson; two sisters-in-law, Judy of Michigan, and Leeann of Ohio; a brother-in-law, Dan of Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Kiersten; and one sister-in-law, Amy.

     Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
