Billy Wayne Wells Sr.

     Billy Wayne Wells Sr., age 82 of Nevada, MO, passed away, Thursday, February 6, 2025, in Nevada, MO.

     Billy was born in Wagoner, OK on April 15, 1942. He married Rose Dopps, and she preceded him in death in 2010. He worked as an auto mechanic and loved hot rod cars and animals.  He was of the Christian faith and was a wonderful caring person.

     Billy is survived by three sons, Lloyd Wells, Nevada, MO, Carl Well and Kevin Wells, both of Wichita, KS; three daughters, Christine Dopps and Tamera Dopps, both of Wichita, KS and Sandy Frankes, Butler, MO; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Rose, and a son, Billy Wells, Jr.

     A service for Billy is scheduled for 10:00 am, Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Ferry Funeral Home.
