Catherine Ann Moore

     Catherine Ann Moore-Pryor, 64, Nevada, MO passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024, in Nevada. Cathy was born April 28, 1960, in Toledo, Ohio to David A. and Grace I. (Ellenberger) Watters. She was united in marriage to Greg Pryor, and he preceded her in death on December 27, 2022.

     Cathy also lived in various places as her father was a preacher. After living in Buffalo, North Dakota for number of years she came at the age of 18 to Nevada where she graduated from Nevada High School. Cathy lived in Nevada her entire adult life. She worked at Nevada State Hospital for 20 years until her retirement. She was known to be an avid Elvis fan.

     Survivors include three children: Aaron Moore, Nevada, Adam Pryor (Alisha), Nevada, and Whitney Cagle, Nevada; 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lee Watters, Florida, Christine Harwell, Colorado, Doninic Forille, Ohio, Rosemary Forille, Ohio, Colleen Forille, Florida, Jim Pryor, Nevada, and a sister-in-law, Susan Pritchett, Nevada; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as her beloved dog “Brady”. In addition to her husband, Greg, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Eric Pryor; brother, Gary Forille; and her mother and father-in-law, James and Bev Pryor.

     A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.
