Deborah Sue McGinnis

Deborah Sue McGinnis, 54, of Nevada, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Mercy  Hospital, Joplin, MO.  Deborah was born on January 15, 1972 in Ray County, MO, to Robert L. McGinnis Sr. and Nancy E. (Coffman) McGinnis.

Deborah grew up in the Sheldon and Nevada, MO area, and graduated from Nevada High School Class of 1990.  She worked as a CNA most of her life in Nevada and Chanute, KS.

Survivors include one son, Dillion McGinnis (Jennifer), Haughton, LA; two daughters, Megan Rohlman (Daniel), Springfield, MO, and Angel Williams, Chanute, KS; two brothers, Robert McGinnis, Jr., Sheldon, and Edward Lee McGinnis, Tulsa, OK; and one grandson, Daniel Rohlman, Jr.  She was preceded in death by her father, Robert McGinnis, Sr.
