Glenda Bridgewater

  Glenda Gale Bridgewater, born on December 3, 1938, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024, at the age of 85. Glenda lived a life filled with love, laughter, and kindness. She was born in Pratt, Kansas, to Jack and Thelma Gossett and grew up in a close-knit family that shaped her values and character.

 After graduating from high school, Glenda pursued her passion for teaching others by earning a Bachelor's degree in Education from Baptist Bible School. Her dedication to learning led her to achieve a Master's degree in Education from Missouri State University later in life, reflecting her lifelong commitment to personal growth. Professionally, Glenda was a beloved art teacher, cherished by her students for her passion for creativity and artistic expression. Yet, amidst her professional success, Glenda's truest and most cherished accomplishment was her role as a parent and grandparent, bringing her boundless joy and fulfillment.

 Though she may be gone, leaving a void deeply felt by her family, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her dearly. Rest in peace, dear Mom, grandmother, and friend; you will be eternally remembered and cherished for your unwavering love, dedication to your family, and commitment to nurturing young minds through art education.
