Jeanne Marie Watson

     Jeanne Marie Watson, 61, Nevada, MO passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Nevada Regional Medical Center. Jeanne was born April 13, 1962 in Brookfield, MO to Lewis Gene and Dorothy Geraldine (Kitchell) Wiklund. She was united in marriage to Andy Watson on February 28, 2003 in Springfield, MO and he preceded her in death on May 25, 2022.

     Jeanne was raised in Marceline, MO and attended Marceline High School. For 20 years she lived and worked in Springfield, MO. During that time, she was the co-owner of Bid-N-Live TV Auction in Springfield for 5 years. In 2009 Jeanne came to Nevada where she has continued to reside.

     Survivors include one son, Levi DeSilva (Lindsay), Nevada, MO; two grandchildren, Gavyn DeSilva, and BreAnne DeSilva;. In addition to her husband, Andy, she was preceded in death by per parents, Norman and Helen Kuhl; stepfather, Clyde “Dude” Hensley; and a sister, Sharon White.

     Visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.  A Private Committal will be held in the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Springfield at a later time.
