Jonathon O'Dell

     Jonathon William O’Dell, 35, Nevada, MO passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026.  Jon was born July 5, 1990 in Fort Scott, KS to Rickey and Teresa O’Dell.  Jon is survived by his fiancé, Lauren Drake; his sister Caroline Nenneman, her husband Will and their five children: Tayton, Connor, Landyn, Makayla and Adrianna; and his sister Rebecca Ballou, her husband Colton and their two children: Brynlee and Lillian.  Close family who cherished Jon include his aunt, Susan Benson, and grandparents, Eldon and Donna Zornes.

     Jonathon O’Dell will be remembered as one of the most selfless and loving people to ever touch the lives of those around him.  He had a heart that was always open to family, especially his beloved nieces and nephews, whom he adored beyond measure.  Jon shared an unbreakable bond with his sisters, cherished his parents deeply, and found true happiness with his fiancé, who was the love of his life.  His kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to the people he loved defined who he was.  Jon’s presence brought comfort, laughter, and strength to so many, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and all who were blessed to know him.
