Kathi Jo Cain

       Kathi Jo Cain, 49, Milo, MO passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 in Leawood, KS at the Healthcare Resort of Leawood following a lengthy illness.  Kathi was born on March 8, 1972 in Lamar to Joe and Kathy (Wilson) Rayburn.  On October 9, 1993 she was married to Jerry A. Cain and he survives of the home.  Kathi was raised in Bronaugh and graduated from Bronaugh High School in 1990.  Kathi worked for KNEM/KNMO Radio for a number of years and also for Mainstreet Nevada for several years.  Kathi enjoyed helping her children with raising and showing goats in 4-H and was very active with her children West Point 4-H. 

     In addition to her husband Jerry, Kathi is survived by three children, Kieran Cain (Autum) of Springfield, MO, Keilah Cain, Arma, KS, and Kimrey Rayburn of the home, her mother, Kathy Rayburn, Horton; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Rayburn, and a daughter, Chanci Jo Cain.

     The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
