Marjorie Aileen Havens Seitz, 86, Nevada, MO passed away Wednesday March 18, 2020 at Moore-Few Care Center in Nevada, MO. Marjorie was born December 12, 1933 in Norton, KS to Harry Otis and Vivian Marie Havens. She graduated from Nevada High School in 1951. She married Marvin Leon Bley on March 18, 1951 in Nevada, MO; and to this eleven-year union, five children were born.

Marjorie retired from the Nevada Habilitation Center in 1996 after more than 30 years of work. In her lifetime, she had been a member of several clubs such as the Goodwill Social Club, Business and Professional Women, and quilting clubs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Mary Joan Bley McCown, and a sister Connie Rae Havens Malarkey. She is survived by four of her children: Barbara (Bradley) Lycan, Linda (Matthew) Barner, Gary Bley, Carol Jean (Cedric) Tweedy, and a sister Sandra Thomas. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Gary Bley Jr., Amanda Bley, Sierra Ishmael, Natalie Van Hoesen, and Nicole McMillon, as well as two step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Pastor Terry Mosher officiating.
