Mary Lou Myers

     Mary Lou (Fowler) Myers, age 61, of Nevada, MO passed away on November 7, 2025.  Mary was born on September 1, 1964, in Dallas, TX to Rosemary (Garrett) Fowler.

     Mary graduated from Nevada High School and served her country in the United States Navy.  She was a cook at Cottey College for 15 years.  Cooking was one of her many joys and a love shared by Mary Lou with all of her family and friends. Also, she was the storyteller. A real Storyteller!

     Mary is survived by a daughter, Nichole Lynn Georges of Nevada, MO; grandchildren, Adam Wayne Dunn Jr, and Peyton Lynn Dunn, both of Hannibal, MO, and  Oscar Gabriel Georges of Nevada, MO.

     She was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Eugene Myers; her father, Leonard Eugene Larsen; and her mother, Rosemary Fowler-Larsen.

     A memorial service with Miliary Honors will be Monday, December 29, 2025, at 10:00 am, at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada, MO.

      Memorials may be made to Mary’s family with the funeral home serving as custodian.
