Nancy Quick

     Nancy Mae Quick, 81, of Nevada, MO passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025,  at Truman Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lamar, MO.   Nancy was born on June 19, 1944 in Springfield, MO to Milford M. and Mildred (Williams) Young. 

    Nancy came to Nevada in 1980 from Springfield, MO.  She worked as an in-home caregiver for many years. 

    Nancy is survived by her daughter, Lynda K. Teig (Don), Panama City, FL; a son, Jerry David Rauch, Killeen, TX; granddaughter, Ashlie Nicole Vanzant; and son-in-law, Dennis Payne.  She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Milford Dean Young; and  a daughter, Anna Payne.

     Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m.. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Pastor Terry Mosher officiating.   Private interment in Newton Burial Park will follow at a later date.
