Randall Keith Fleener

Randall Keith Fleener, 67, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, at his home in Bronaugh, MO following a lengthy battle with cancer.   Randy was born on Jan. 14, 1956, to Forest and Barbara (Cadman) Fleener.  He was married to Martha Nelson on December 27, 1991 and she survives of the home.

Randy was born and raised in Nevada, graduating from Nevada High School in 1974.  Following his marriage, he lived in the Sheldon area for a time.  Randy worked at Fram (Nevada) for 23 years until its closing.  In 1999, Randy and Martha moved to Pennsylvania where Randy worked for Trinetics.  His work later took them to Florida in 2001.  In 2021 they returned to Bronaugh where they have lived ever since.  Randy was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting, car racing, and football.

In addition to his wife, Martha, Randy is survived by two children, Melissa Smith (Ron), Sheldon, MO; Bill Nelson (Amy), Sheldon, MO; his mother, Barbara Diggins, Nevada, MO; a sister, Kathi Adams (Larry), Nevada, MO; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   Preceding him in death was his father, Forest Fleener; brother, Larry Fleener; step-father, Ivan Diggins; and nephew, Justin Adams.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Ferry Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society in c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
