Robert Alan Adams

     Robert Alan Adams, 62, formerly of Sheldon, MO passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Advent Hospital of Ottawa, KS.   Robert was born April 19, 1959 in Nevada, MO to Paul Leroy and Margie Kaye (Shields) Adams.

     Robert was raised in Kansas City and lived his adult years in Nevada, Sheldon, the state of Florida and Richmond, KS.    He worked for a number of years at Sheldon Grain in Sheldon, MO.

     Robert is survived by his father, Leroy Adams, Liberty, MO;  3 children, Lily Adams, Richmond, KS,  Ellen Coons, Topeka, KS, and Robert Adams, Jr., Ottawa, KS; 2 brothers, Bryan Adams, Warrensburg, MO and Kevin Adams, Liberty, MO;  5 grandchildren and one on the way; as well as several nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by his mother, Margie Kay Adams.

       Funeral services will be held at 3:30p.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, MO.   Private interment will be in Moore Cemetery at a later date.
