Robert Caviness Obituary

Robert Eugene Caviness, 70, Nevada, MO passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Nevada Reginal Medical Center in Nevada. Robert was born December 31, 1949 in Spirit Lake, IA to Jerry Meyer and Agatha Mary (Theobold) Caviness. He married Nancy Lee Stone in 1968 and she preceded him in death in 1982. He later married Patricia Russell and she also preceded him in death in 2007.

Robert is survived by two sons, William Caviness (Kacey) Port St. Lucie, FL, and their son Jacob, and Rob Caviness (Betsy), Mt. Sterling, IA, and their children, Brody, McKenna, and Rylee; one brother, Joe Caviness, Nevada; a half-brother, Mike Eaton, Eddyville, IA; two sisters, Patricia Perkins, Nevada, and Kathleen Brockway, Nevada; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Craig, LeRoy, Jim, Dennis, Carol, David, and Jack.
