Roberta Jo Stone

     Roberta Jo Stone, 68, Milo, MO, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her home on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.  She was born August 31, 1957, in Beloit, KS, to Robert Sheets and Judy Waulby.  She married Harry “Charles” Stone on August 1, 1988.

Roberta attended elementary and high school in Glasco, Kansas. She was happily retired from her career field in customer service. She publicly declared her faith in Jesus Christ through baptism on August 4, 2024. Family was important to Roberta, she enjoyed when her grandchildren would come for a visit at the farm. She liked to be out doing things in the yard, she enjoyed collecting rooster décor, but most of all Roberta loved to talk smack, and had great pleasure in doing so. This will be one of the many things the whole family will miss about her.

Roberta is survived by her husband, Charles of the home, their four children; Chaz Stone (Samantha), Nevada, MO; Brandon Stone (Megan), Nevada, MO; Aimee Bright (Jason), Oklahoma; April Donnell (Donald Rhodes), Lowery City; her grandchildren, Taylee, Connor, Trey, Haley, Mikayla, Erica, Mary, Kennedy, Palmer, Havilah, Dale, Neal, Bailey, Brice, Destiny, Kerissa, & Shawna; numerous great-grandchildren; & three sisters, Teresa Hallam (Terry), Moundville, MO; Sabrina Mycroft, Illinois; & Sheryl Hale (Anthony), Wichita, KS. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents.
