Steven Lynn Karwal

Steven Lynn Karwal, 73, Nevada, MO passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. Steve was born August 27, 1952 in Dennison, IA to Paul K. and Vivian E. (Negley) Karwal. He married Delores Ann Lombard on January 25, 1988 and she survives of the home.

Steve was raised in Iowa and grew up doing farm work. Throughout his life he was a car and Diesel Mechanic. He has resided in Nevada since 2011.  Steve enjoyed being with his many friends and family.

In addition to his wife Delores, he is survived by five children, Billy Karwal, Cushing, MN, Stephanie Karwal, N. Lake, IL, Dillon Karwal, Red Oak, IA, Steven Karwal, Red Oak, IA, and Aaliyah Jackson (Chris), Sydney, Australia; eight grandchildren, T.J. Karwal, Elizabeth Karwal, Bryson Karwal, Liam Karwal, Renee Jackson, Josh Jackson, Kyrah Ivy Jackson, and Estelle Jackson; two brothers, Brian Karwal, and Don Karwal; a sister, Debra Devorack; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, George Karwal.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
